Meet the Inaugural Community Council
This week marks the launch of a new project aimed at better
understanding the needs and wants of our users. The "YouTube Community
Council" consists of a handful of volunteers (who will rotate every
six months) eager to share their opinions about the site and the
community with us on a consistent basis. They're kicking off their
tenure by visiting us in San Bruno over the next few days, giving
feedback directly to the team that makes it happen behind the scenes.
You can approach any of our councilors with your thoughts, gripes --
anything at all -- over the next six months, and they will fast-track
your feedback to us. Here's a quick video to introduce you to the

As with anything new to YouTube, we are open to your feedback on this
endeavor, and don't forget to let us know if you're interested in
being on future editions of the Council.

Yes! Let's show the community of You Tube how great this site is. Allowing videos such as (Brad Benson Hyundai dealer NJ Brad Benson Rebuttal Video) being shown to the world. Revealing personal credit information is against the law. Also, let's reveal how You Tube allowed copyright infringement on the video. Let's give You Tube an Honor for this one!!!
Maybe you can start by taking a look at the racist, homophobic disgusting comments made by users on certain videos that are easily accesed by children with the simple click of a "confirm birhtdate" button!
My idea is on a channel, beside the video name, there is a grey 'i' (for information). Hover over it and it will give you the video description.
The "i" for video information idea is really cool - YouTube should implement that as it will give people a quick way of accessing the video info.
